Financial risk management and risk identification management have evolved into critical components of global supply networks. Machine learning, business intelligence, and big data technologies are used to detect system risks, manage financial risks, and help identify the cause of risks. The company may strive to improve the source of the risk. The methodology concentrates on three major supply chain danger areas: shipping, marketing, and distribution, with a licensed insurance model built, evaluated, and matched to current approaches before being adjusted based on the results. In this scenario, we're also using Business Intelligence (BI), which helps businesses make better data-driven decisions. As a result, reduce losses incurred. A framework of risk detection models based on machine learning, business intelligence and big data is provided to control financial risks in the supply chain. This study aims to identify risks, identify their sources and mitigate them. The proposed approach focuses on three distinct areas of supply chain risk: transportation, sales, and delivery. A risk disclosure model is used, tested, compared with existing methodologies, and then refined depending on the results for each area. Regardless of the supply chain data used, the proposed method is adaptable to any other type of supply chain.

This research investigates the effects of Customer-perceived brand innovativeness (C.P.B.I.) on Customer-Based brand equity (C.B.B.E.). The research consists of four main phases. In the first step, the factors affecting the subject were extracted through the study of research literature. By studying the research literature and examining the theoretical framework, the influencing factors are divided into five dimensions of C.P.B.I., brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality of the brand, and brand loyalty. The concept of C.P.B.I. including 13 parameters and the concept of C.B.B.E. including 23 parameters were introduced as final factors. Therefore, the conceptual model of the research was presented based on the extracted factors. In the second step, the final research questionnaire was designed and distributed among 290 Iranian mobile phone users. Examining the results of completing the questionnaires and analyzing descriptive statistics data was done in the third step. Finally, using the structural equation method and SmartPLS 3 software, the factors' effect and the research model's validity were investigated. The first study of the effect of CPBI on CBBE with a wide scope is done in this research. Also, presenting the research model and checking the validation of the model adds to the value of the research.

The purpose of this study is designing a model of professional competency for the court of justice heads in Iran. Since the heads of justice in the country are always selected among judges, the model is mostly focused on the heads and judges. In this research we used both qualitative and quantitative methods. In the qualitative part, we interviewed 21 Supreme Court judges of the country. For analyzing the interviews, the Thematic analysis has been used. Also, we use PLS software to analyze the quantitative data. In the qualitative part, 27 main categories were obtained through the interviews which all of the 27 categories were combined into four main themes based on managerial theories and the relationships among the variables including: Individual competencies, Managerial and organizational Competencies, Meta-organizational competencies, and Judicial and legal merits. One of the differences among this study and other studies is that most of them focus on staffs when they search for competency models while here, we concentrate on the heads of justice’s competency model.
